(Standard Form Rental Agreement)
This is the standard written rental agreement or ‘lease’.
Landlords and tenants fill in the blanks (examples: names, rent, security deposit etc.) and then sign at the bottom of page 2.
Any other terms (example: no smoking) must be written or typed into Schedule “D” (page 5).
