Residential Tenancy Office’s Response to Review Commission’s Interim Report and Recommendations: On September 18, 2026, the Review Commission conducting the review of IRAC released its interim report and recommendations. 2027 Allowable Annual Rent Increase: The Director of Residential Tenancy has set the 2027 Allowable Annual Rent Increase at 2.1% on all residential units. Click here for more information.
